I loved my stay! The jetted tub in my Junior Queen Suite with Sofa Bed was just marvelous, and the hot water was so relaxing after a long day. Everything was delightful, from the attentive staff to the close proximity to all the main attractions. I would definitely give it a ten out of ten.

The staff truly stood out. Chicora, David, and Cara were friendly and attentive, with David resolving an air conditioning issue that allowed for a great night's sleep. The breakfast was enjoyable, featuring delicious Belgian waffles. However, I faced issues with the uncomfortable pull-out bed and the absence of USB ports in the room, which were only available in the lobby. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was poor, making it difficult to stay online.

This place suits me perfectly! I enjoy the free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and nice indoor pool. On my first stay, the staff helped me with dining directions. Exceptional service! I’ll definitely keep coming back for a city break.

The pull-out couch was uncomfortable, but the overall

stay was decent. The Junior King Suite was spacious, but I wish there had been USB ports in the room. The lobby area was nice, and the staff were friendly, making it a somewhat pleasant experience despite the few flaws.

The hair dryer didn’t work. the front desk was unhelpful in getting a replacement.

I was really looking forward to a short transit stay for a family getaway, but the pool was unexpectedly closed despite prior confirmation. This led to a disappointing experience, especially since my daughter was eager to swim. On the plus side, the staff was friendly and quickly addressed an issue we had with the TV in the room, and the hotel was located in a convenient area close to attractions. With some improvements, it could have been a great stay.

I absolutely loved the clean, spacious room with a mini fridge! 😊 Perfect for storing late-night snacks. However, the shower controls were a bit tricky to figure out. Overall, a nice stay!

Comfortable Stay with Great Service

The location impressed me with nearby restaurants. A welcoming bar and grill atmosphere. The room was clean and quiet. Colin's exceptional service ensured a smooth experience, especially checking the pool temperature for my child. A perfect place to unwind after a long drive!

The pool area was clean and awesome, perfect for kicking back, and the room had a mini fridge for snacks.
